About Mojito

Mojito was formed in 2010 for the purpose of providing a high-quality and professional jazz trio in the region. We take pride in what we do and aim to keep the standard high. Mojito is comprised of 3 experienced musicians from Devon or Cornwall.

Andy Lawton - Piano

Andy is Mojito's Musical Director and is responsible for arranging our tunes. He has a Bachelor of Music degree from University College, Cardiff and has played with a huge variety of bands. He is currently also a member of local soul band Rhythm Machine.

Liam Harvey - Bass

Born and bred in the South West, Liam has been playing bass for over 12 years, and is a competent 'doubler' on both electric and double bass. He completed his undergraduate music degree at Plymouth University in 2017 with first class honours, and qualified as a secondary school music teacher in 2018.

Ed Raynham - Drums

Ed is the manager of the band and is responsible for liaising with our customers. He has been playing drums for over 25 years and is a fan of 'less is more' when it comes to drumming.

The above personnel form the core of the band. As busy professional musicians, we occasionally use stand-in musicians at events, but rest assured, these 'dep' musicians are of the same (or greater) quality as the core band.
